1.1  These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all access to and use of the fe777 platform, including the website at fe777.cam, any mobile-optimised version of the site, and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered by fe777 to players in the Philippines and any other permitted jurisdictions.

1.2  By registering an account with fe777, accessing any portion of the fe777 website, downloading any fe777 application, or placing a bet or wager of any kind through our platform, you ("the Player") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.1  The fe777 platform is intended solely for adults. In compliance with Philippine law and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the minimum age for all forms of casino-style gambling is twenty-one (21) years of age. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering an account or participating in any game, wager, or promotion on fe777.

2.2  By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. fe777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or driver's licence. Accounts that cannot be verified or are found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

2.3  To be eligible to register and maintain an account with fe777, you must additionally:

3.1  Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on fe777. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2  During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fe777 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. fe777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Philippine mobile number, which is strongly recommended;
• Immediately notify fe777 support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
• Never share your account credentials with any other person, including family members.

3.4  fe777 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or have shared them with a third party.

3.5  fe777 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal or prohibited activity.

4.1  fe777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2  The minimum deposit amount at fe777 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account verification level. GCash and Maya deposits are typically reflected in your fe777 wallet within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take between 1 and 3 business hours depending on the sending institution.

4.3  All deposits made to fe777 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible;
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PHT; requests submitted after 5:00 PM PHT will be processed on the next business day;
• fe777 may request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal above ₱50,000;
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5 before they become eligible for withdrawal.

5.1  fe777 offers various bonus promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty reward credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

5.2  All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements"). Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:

• Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements;
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution;
• Sports Betting: 20% contribution;
• Fishing Games & Bingo: 50% contribution;
• Progressive Jackpot Slots: 5% contribution.

5.3  Bonuses are valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of credit, unless the specific promotion states a different validity period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not withdrawn within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.

5.4  fe777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus exploitation — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

5.5  Players may only participate in each specific promotion once unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise. Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash (other than through the wagering requirement process), or combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.

6.1  All games available on the fe777 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and bingo — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, through physically randomised dealing and roulette spins overseen by trained dealers. fe777 maintains the integrity of all game outcomes and publishes Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games.

6.2  Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed. fe777 does not represent or warrant any specific outcome, win rate, or return on any game or wager placed on the platform.

6.3  In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome or display of a game, fe777 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. 6.4  Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. fe777 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or apply result corrections where scores, results, or statistics are subsequently amended by official governing bodies including but not limited to the PBA, NBA, UFC, FIFA, and other recognised sporting organisations.

7.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fe777 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Violation of any item in this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform while physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or exploit the platform in any way;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains will be forfeited and the relevant vulnerability must be reported to fe777 support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play across multiple accounts to manipulate game outcomes or bonus systems;

10.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fe777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the fe777 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10.2  fe777's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3  fe777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee a specific uptime beyond our stated 99.9% SLA target, which is aspirational and not a legally binding guarantee.

10.4  Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit fe777's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.

11.1  fe777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

11.2  By registering an account with fe777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, and the personalisation of your gaming experience.

11.3  fe777 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to operate our services. 13.1  These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2  In the event of any dispute between a player and fe777, we strongly encourage resolution through our internal customer support process in the first instance. Players may submit a formal complaint to our support team via the contact details in Section 14. fe777 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days.

13.3  If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.4  Nothing in this section shall prevent fe777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests, intellectual property rights, or the integrity of the platform.
